Beef and bacon skewers
It's BBQ season and this tasty recipe is sure to be a hit

Ingredients
- 350 gram beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- 8 button mushrooms, halved (or 16 whole, if small)
- 1 zucchini, halved, cut into 2 cm pieces
- 2 shortcut bacon slices, quartered
- 200 gram tub tzatziki dip
Method
- Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto eight soaked bamboo skewers. Spray a barbecue plate or chargrill with oil. Heat on medium.
- Drizzle skewers with olive oil. Grill or barbecue skewers 3-4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
- Serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping. Accompany with Greek salad and flatbread, if liked.
