Beef and bacon skewers
Need to bring a plate? This tasty recipe is perfect for campground gatherings

Ingredients
- 350g beef rump steak, trimmed, cut into 2.5cm cubes
- 8 button mushrooms, halved (or 16 whole, if small)
- 1 zucchini, halved, cut into 2cm pieces
- 2 shortcut bacon slices, quartered
- 200g tub tzatziki dip
Method
- Thread beef, mushrooms, zucchini and bacon onto 8 soaked bamboo skewers. Spray a barbecue plate or chargrill with oil. Heat on medium.
- Drizzle skewers with olive oil. Grill or barbecue skewers 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
- If liked, serve skewers with tzatziki for dipping. Accompany with Greek salad and flatbread.
