Fruit Smoothie Energiser

Celebrate the new season with this tasty spring-inspired recipe

  • 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey ice cubes, to serve


  1. Place all the ingredients except
  2. the ice in a food processor*, then
  3. process until light and frothy.
  4. Serve over ice.


  • You can also use a large jug and a hand blender.
