Muesli slice/bars and scroggin are a staple to add to your backpack when going on adventures because it is nutritious, lightweight, high in calories, and easy to store. This is a super easy and healthy way to make your own flavoursome muesli slice to throw in your backpack or add to your lunchbox. This goes down a treat when we are out exploring. You can easily make variations and substitutions to your taste. Recommendations include dark choc chips, chopped dried apricots, pistachios, cashews, and flax seeds.
