New Zealand’s healthiest Bedford hits the streets of Auckland

With the growing trend of healthy living in New Zealand, Matt Lockwood is fuelling this inclination in a restored 1974 Bedford Cresta campervan he's converted for a mobile business.

The idea was born earlier this year, and for the best part of 2013 Matt has been in Palmerston North at his father's joinery factory, getting the truck (and trailer that holds all three generators) ready, inside and out.

As well as being available for private functions throughout the wider Auckland region, Matt plans on parking up in some of the city's busiest hot spots, catering to healthy beverage lovers with freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, handmade soups, delicious smoothies and delectable hot drinks.

Next time you've got a thirst to quench, you know what to look out for.
