- 2 mangoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup light coconut milk
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey ice cubes, to serve
- Place all the ingredients except
- the ice in a food processor*, then
- process until light and frothy.
- Serve over ice.
- You can also use a large jug and a hand blender.
