Auckland Chinese New Year Festival

18 January

If celebrating one new year isn’t enough, or if you simply want to be entranced by the music, dance, crafts, and delicacies of Chinese culture, then this exotic, popular, free festival in the ASB Showgrounds is for you. Welcome in the Year of the Rat at Auckland’s number one Chinese New Year event. It will be opened by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern at 10am.
