Volcanic Hills, Rotorua

Paroa Bay Winery, Northland

Nestled in a beautiful setting amid the hills of Paroa Bay near Russell, Paroa Bay Winery is a boutique vineyard and winery combining luxury accommodation and traditional handmade, sustainable wines. Kennedy Point, Waiheke Island, Auckland

Established in 1996, Kennedy Point Vineyard is Waiheke Island’s only certified organic vineyard. Set among 300-year-old pohutukawa trees overlooking Waiheke Island’s Kennedy Bay, it’s a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy stunning sea views, relax in the picturesque olive grove picnic area, and sample award-winning organic wines, extra virgin olive oil, and Kennedy Point honey.

Vilagrad Winery, Waikato

Kina Beach Vineyard, Nelson

Matawhero Wines, Gisborne

Since its first vintage in 1975, Matawhero has produced many excellent and often adventurous wines. Purchased by the Searle family in 2008, all of Matawhero’s wines are made in Gisborne’s state-of-the-art GisVin contract winemaking facility. Call in to enjoy gourmet platters and wine-tasting nestled among the vines and olive trees, or explore the underground cellar, which is home to many older vintage Matawhero wines as well as other iconic New Zealand wine producers.

Point Bush Estates, Canterbury

Point Bush Estates is a boutique family-owned B&B (Te Kiteroa Lodge), vineyard, winery, cellar door, and restaurant (Vines). Owned by Ann and Gary Dennison, the vineyard is located on the east side of the Waimate hills and offers visitors a gorgeous piece of paradise in the Hunter Hills of South Canterbury.
